Product-related questions

All Cardylish smartphone cases are shock-resistant and protect your smartphone from impacts.
The price of Cardylish cases varies depending on the type of case and device model. Select the design and device model you want to see the details.
Phone cases are designed to dissipate heat, so while your phone case may not necessarily be the cause, you can prevent your phone from overheating by not having too many applications open on your device, not exposing it to sunlight for too long, and always keeping your phone in a cool place.
It depends on the case type, but the main materials used are TPU and plastic.
Nano Suction can be used permanently. If the suction power becomes weaker, remove the dust and dirt from the surface with a soft cloth or wet sheet soaked in water. The suction power will return to normal.
The easiest way to remove your phone case is to first lift the camera corner from one side of the device, then gently slide the case sideways. For safety, we recommend removing the case on a soft surface like a pillow or cushion.
This is possible if you remove the card portion.

Ordering Questions

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to existing orders. However, if your order has not yet been processed, you may be able to cancel it and place a new order. To cancel, please contact customer@cardylish.com.
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order is complete.
If you cannot find your order confirmation email in your spam folder, please contact us by email at customer@cardylish.com.

Questions about delivery and shipping methods

We aim to ship your ordered items within 1 to 7 business days, but please note that delivery may be delayed during the busy end-of-year period. While we strictly manage our inventory, it is possible that the item you ordered may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately by email. If you have any questions about the expected delivery date, please contact our support center.
Please see below for estimated delivery dates. Orders within Japan (shipped by Yamato Transport): within 1-5 business days. Orders outside Japan (EMS): within 4-20 business days. Orders outside Japan (DHL): within 4-7 business days. Delivery dates for standard shipping cannot be guaranteed as delays may occur during transit. If you are in a hurry, please use DHL Express international shipping. Please note that the above delivery times do not include the time required for customs clearance. In some cases, customs may require you to declare product details. In such cases, you will need to submit additional documentation. Please note that this may cause delays in delivery.

We ship worldwide.
Shipping is free throughout Japan. For orders under 10,000 yen, shipping by EMS is 1,500 yen and shipping by DHL is 3,200 yen. For orders over 10,000 yen, shipping by EMS is free and shipping by DHL is 1,800 yen.
In countries and regions other than Japan, import taxes, duties, and other customs fees may be charged on imported goods. These fees are not included in the amount paid to us. These taxes and fees are charged by the customs department of the receiving country, if applicable. For details on taxes and fees, please contact the customs department of the receiving country directly. *As the item is shipped and imported from overseas, you may be required to pay duties and other fees. Return and Exchange Response Questions

If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving the product, stating the reason for return (the arrival date will be based on the delivery record of the delivery company). Please note that we will not accept returns without prior notice. The refund method will be the method selected at the time of payment. Please note that if you paid by credit card, debit card, or bank account, it may take some time for the refund to be processed. Regarding the return or exchange of specific products: Shipping and express fees are not refundable. If the product you purchased is discontinued or out of stock, we may exchange it for an equivalent product. The final decision rests with Cardylish.

If you wish to change the device model, case type, or color, please email us with detailed changes. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice. No. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. The returned item remains your responsibility until we receive it. We therefore recommend that you return the item by registered mail or a trackable service.
If your product is defective within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge. Please feel free to contact our support team.
