This policy sets forth how SOILNOKIDS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles the personal information of individuals (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Members”) collected through the use of services operated by the Company.

Article 1. Definition of Personal Information

“Personal Information” refers to information relating to an individual Member, such as name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and other details that can identify a specific individual. It also includes information that, by itself, cannot identify a specific individual but can easily be cross-referenced with other information to do so. Furthermore, it includes purchase history, service usage details, email addresses, credit card information, and other identifiers associated with a specific individual.

Article 2. Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information sent from the CARDYLISH website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) to a Member’s computer and may be stored on the Member’s disk. Cookies can be used to record access information about Members. Members can refuse the use of cookies through their browser settings; however, please note that doing so may restrict access to certain services.

Article 3. Collection of Personal Information

The Company collects the following types of personal information from Members:

(1) Name, address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address, and other information relating to the Member.
(2) Details regarding the Member’s use of services operated by the Company, purchase history, and other user-related attributes.
(3) IP address information used when connecting a Member’s computer to the Internet, and access information recorded through cookies.

Article 4. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:

(1) Provision of services to Members.
(2) Guidance, provision, and management of other services and products for Members.
(3) All operations incidental or related to the above.
(4) Information and invitations to various events and campaigns.
(5) Information and invitations regarding the Company’s services, products, events, and campaigns.
(6) Reference for future product development.
(7) Responding to inquiries, requests, or related correspondence.

Article 5. Handling of Personal Information

The Company will establish a management system based on this policy and handle personal information with strict care. Security measures will be implemented to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. When outsourcing work to a third party, the Company will conclude confidentiality agreements and exercise proper supervision to ensure appropriate management.

Article 6. Confirmation of Personal Information

Members may confirm, correct, or add to their registered information through the Site. In such cases, only information related to the Member themselves can be accessed.

Article 7. Disclosure of Personal Information

The Company will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

(1) With the Member’s consent.
(2) When providing necessary personal information to subcontractors in order to perform entrusted operations.
(3) When a Member violates the Terms of Service or applicable laws, and disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights, property, or interests.
(4) When it is necessary to protect the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of a Member or a third party.
(5) When disclosure is required by laws or regulations.
(6) When permitted under Article 23, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information in Japan.
In cases other than the above, if the Company intends to disclose a Member’s personal information to a third party, Members will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to refuse such disclosure.
